The Kaspr Process
As we all know, for any bookkeeping or accounting task, access to the related documents are essential. Therefore, we have implemented several procedures for accountants to choose from, enabling them to have the finest and most efficient accounting experience. The appropriate data can be transferred to us via our own secure FTP server, Dropbox or Google Docs account. The data will be accessed as required and if your accounting system is desktop based, we can log in remotely by means of Log-Me-In, Go-To-My-PC, AnyDesk, TeamViewer or through a secure VPN connection in order to carry-out the necessary work. At any phase, if there are unresolved issues or queries, we first check your accounting history and then search to solve the problem. Then we will ask for further clarification via email as the first approach and, if need be, get on a quick call.
For a cloud based system:
- Add us or invite us to your cloud system,
- We will work on your system
For a desktop based system:
- We work remotely via programs like Log-Me-In, Go-To-My-PC or secure VPN, AnyDesk, TeamViewer connection.
- We work on your system.
For bank and credit card sharing:
- You can provide a read-only document or assign us guest user access through your local system
- You can share it via Dropbox, Google Docs or through our secured FTP server.
- Additionally, through our accounting software we can also set up a BANK FEED (restricted access) with your bank where bank statements can be directly downloaded thus saving time and increasing efficiency of work.
We start processing your data and information shared with us.
We first take a look at the history and track the type of transaction that has an issue. Then, if needed, we search for similar issues based on our previous experiences and try to resolve the problem. If required, we take the query back to you only if more information is required to solve the problem.
